Strengths

The main goal is to establish at Campus Pirassununga an area for optimizing knowledge dissemination services, as well as to incubate new businesses (technology-based ventures and special services) making use of the region's cooperation network.

Several specific goals are worth mentioning: through business incubation, to turn academic knowledge into practices and technologies that could be the base for business and jobs generation; to encourage entrepreneurship among Pirassununga's academic community and business sector; to meet the region's needs concerning technology, business management and business-university relations.
